Ordering Information
Order securely through our online shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All orders will be shipped within five days unless you are notified. If you need to rush, let us know at time of placement. If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped after your check clears.
Retail orders are shipped in a safe padded envelope inside an elegant black jewelry pouch. We ship U.S. First Class Mail insured. Shipping and handling fees are $5 per order. Retail orders over $100 are shipped at no charge via U.S. First Class mail. Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee along with express or rush delivery.

Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Jewelry by Zenia purchase, you can return or exchange any unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges, send $5 to cover postage. If you request a refund, it will be issued (minus the shipping charges) within 7 days of receipt. It is recommended that you insure or request delivery confirmation on your returned merchandise.
Custom Orders
Looking for a custom piece? I'd be happy to work with you. Send me an e-mail and let me know when and how to reach you. Custom orders usually ship within a few weeks depending on availability. I will provide the estimated time of shipment.
Repairs
In the event that repair is needed, we will repair your piece free of charge within the first year. Send your piece and $5 to cover postage and handling. After the first year, repair and postage and handling will be $15. Mail to:

We strive to represent each piece in our catalog in the most accurate manner. Be aware that some variations will occur due to browsers and monitors. There may be slight variations in the silver beads used although care is taken to ensure it's very close to the catalog.
